Billing QuestionsDo you have a setup fee?Mad Spider does not have a setup fee for our standard services. Do you charge for Web hosting? We do not charge separately for Web hosting. We include this service as part of our standard package. Do I have to sign a contract or am I obligated to have this site for a minimum period? You do not have to sign a contract. Some sites try to get you to commit to long term deals or want you to pay larger up front costs to setup your Web site. Mad Spider only offers a month-to-month service. You can stay as long as you are happy with our service. You will be charged for a minimum of one monthly service fee when you sign up. After that, you can cancel any time. When do I get charged for my monthly fee? You will be charged for your monthly fee every month based on the day that you sign up. If you sign up on the 10th, you will get charged every month on this date. For those that sign up on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, you will be charged on the last day of any month that does not have that number of days. What if I have billing questions? Please contact the Mad Spider billing department at billing@madspider.com. How do I cancel my account? Please contact us at support@madspider.com and we will process your cancellation within 24 hours. |
